Deleting customer accounts is a very complex procedure and requires security verification.
Verifying an account deletion request
When Support received a request to delete an account, follow these steps:
- Reply to the ticket with the macro Tier 1::Account Deletion Request. This macro generates a 4-digit PIN
- When the customer replies back, ensure that the 4-digit PIN is present
Deleting an account in Admin
Once verification is complete, follow these steps:
- Sign in to Admin
- Search for the user account
- Click Delete and insert the ticket number
